McGill linguists will be busy presenting at conferences this summer, including:

The Ba-SIS – Bantu Syntax and Information Structure conference will be held at the University of Leiden from June 8–9. Terrance Gatchalian will present work from his Eval 2 paper, “Kirundi focus-fronting and non-verbal predication” and Willie Myers will present a talk titled “Exclamatives in Kirundi and Kinyarwanda.”

ACAL 53, the 53rd Annual Conference on African Linguistics will beheld at the University of Connecticut from June 12-14. Talks by McGill linguists include:
